I went to this Metro to switch companies. The guy ar first was pushy and wouldnt let me look before going to the counter. He broke down the fees to me and they just didn't add up. I asked him to give me a minute to think about it. I eventually gave in but still was confused about the price. I finalized the transaction and asked more questions. I get a message from customer care stating I paid ร amount of money. I looked at the guy and told him why did I pay more from what my message says. He tried breaking down the price again for me and still didn't make sense. So I aske about the return policy and he stated 14 days to return with no restocking fee. The manager and I went back and forth and told him I wanted the difference of what he charged me and it was a sufficient amount as well. It was a hassle to get the money back and I'm satisfied. I just dont like the way it all happened. Be careful and double check everything. And at that they dont give receipts of the transaction...
