These were, by far, the most unprofessional, unresponsive, and disorganized people we worked with through the entire wedding planning experience. They did not admit the many mistakes they made, but actually charged us more to fix what they got wrong from the start. On the day before the wedding, the order was still wrong after paying more to get it corrected and all we got was a “well what do you want me to do about it” in return. The reason you may not see the abundant number of negative reviews are because after they tell you it’s not their problem that they ruined the flowers at your wedding, they turn off the ability to write reviews on their Facebook.
This business was the only one that negatively impacted our wedding. For weeks leading up to the wedding, they were unresponsive, disorganized, and we should have canceled the order right then. Days before the payments are due, all they cared about was getting paid (while clearly not caring about the quality or consistency of their product). The day before the wedding, they called to confirm the order. They had half of the order wrong and they required that we paid even more than we already did to get the flowers that we ordered originally. They said “we had this scratched out so we didn’t make it” was their justification for why the order was so wrong, but they still charged us the full price (and then some). So, after that stressful and unprofessional conversation of trying to get things straight for the wedding the following day, we paid more money (because we still needed flowers) and we just hoped that things were going to be fine the next day.
The wedding day came, and the bride’s bouquet was missing Peony flowers that she specifically requested and paid for and they were substituted with what looked like rotting grass. 1 bridesmaid was missing their entire bouquet. The mother of the groom was missing her wristlet and so much more! When we called the flower shop, their response to their repeated mistakes was “well what do you want me to do about it honey” which was exactly what a bride wants to her on her wedding day.
This was the only vendor decision we wholeheartedly regretted selecting in every way possible. Please, if you actually want what you pay for, find someone new. We have heard many negative things about this place since we had...
   Read moreUNDEPENDABLE! I live 3000 miles away. I called 2 weeks in advance to be sure that they would deliver to my family cemetery. Then I called 5 days in advance to order and to be sure. I ordered two planter logs to be delivered on May 25, for a service on Sunday, May 26. $80. for two planters.(The delivery was $10. extra.) My sister arrived at the service, and lo and behold, there were no planters. I called the store, was directed to another number that I could call "if I need funeral flowers," where the person answering the phone told me that she knew that they had not been delivered. She "thought" they were for Memorial Day, and so she did not deliver them on the date that they were to have been delivered. She did tell me that she had delivered many others, however. I pointed out that the delivery date was Saturday, not Sunday, and that the priest was to be at the cemetery in a few minutes to begin the service. She told me that she "apologized." That's it. I couldn't be there, my sisters were depending on me to provide the flowers, and this business just didn't do it. I asked why she didn't call me, and she had no real answer. This business is undependable, in my opinion. I wonder if other callers from far away know that their items may not...

They called me the day before my wedding to go over my order. They proceeded to tell me I ordered two bouquets and two boutonnières, I corrected them and told them it was four of each. They also forgot the flower girl bouquet. After she demanded I pay her more money for the items she messed up, the day before my wedding. I thought the would have everything figured out. But, I thought wrong... When I received my order the day of my wedding one of my bridesmaids bouquets was missing, my flower girl bouquet that was supposed to be roses was made up of of a single carnation , my mother in law didn't have her flower wristlet, and my bouquet that was supposed to be made up of roses and peonies just had roses and some dead green greenery. She completely ruined my pictures. I will never go back here. If you care about any type of standard or appearance, please don't go here! You will be so disappointed.
