If I could give them 10 stars I would. After a completely terrible experience with Zales (avoid them like the plague) we headed to Fred Meyer’s because I’d heard great things. We were helped by Kord (hoping I got that correct) and he was SO patient with me. I tried on multiple rings and he was so helpful and nice. I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. He was funny, friendly and genuine. I decided on a beautiful ring that comes with a lifetime warranty for under $2k. I’m so in love with my ring and I feel so much relief knowing I can take it to any location if any diamonds fall out or if the ring gets damaged and have it fixed with their lifetime warranty. They have such a great selection and everyone there is so nice and helpful. Thank you for turning our ring buying experience from something terrible to something amazing! I’m so in love with my ring! I’ve posted a picture with both of our rings from Fred Meyers. Update: After having my ring for 4 months the middle diamond fell out. Luckily I was able to find the diamond. I took it to a different Fred Meyers than I originally bought it at and the people there were so extremely friendly. They fixed my ring in less than a week and it looks brand new again. I am so, so glad that I chose Fred Meyers for my ring!!

Kayden was super sweet! Went in to look for a ring for my spouse to buy for me for this Christmas. I came to look for a new promise ring to replace my old one, and an associate named kayden came to me right away and had amazing customer service. He was super patient, friendly and answered any questions I had. The store was very clean, great selection and the lighting showed the jewelry perfectly. I needed my ring resized and it took less then a week, and it was perfect. I would recommend this store to anyone looking or just needing some...
