I just have to say something.... First Before I rant I must say that I LOVE Fiiz drinks they are amazing We go get Fiiz drinks pretty much everyday except Sunday my daughter gets any one of the Dr pepper drinks and I usually get a flavored water of some kind when we moved we switched which Fiiz we go to cuz it's closer so now we go to he Fizz at 7724 so 5600 so. but the last 2 months I have not been happy with just this store my flavored water drinks are not made correctly they are lacking ingredients or just plain watered down at first I thought they had maybe just ran out of raspberry puree because they just omitted it completely so I asked after about 4 times in a row of omitting it , they said no they had it. one time my raspberry zest only had lemons in it I can get lemon water anywhere. I didn't want lemon water it was suppose to also have raspberry syrup and raspberry puree in it the next time I went, I asked them if they would make sure it was made correctly (it wasn't) so then I got a different flavor (peachy keen) Same problem they are busy in the drive through so I thought I would just call the manager to solve the problem I called the number listed on the websight for that address seven different times no answer when I go to other Fiiz drink places I am never disappointed. So yesterday I asked to speak to the manager, because it was busy at that time he said he would call me HE DID NOT CALL so today when we went there I told the girl at the window that he was suppose to call me and that I was really disappointed he didn't and If he wouldn't call me or talk to me this would probably be the last time I come there....she looked at me, slightly rolled her eyes and shugged her shoulders at me I definitely felt snubbed. It was the final straw that is my last time at that store. I am not giving up on fiiz, just that store. I gave them plenty of chances to make things right obviously they don't care. I just thought that more people should know how they have treated a good customer. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I don't believe they deserve loyal customers for them to treat them like this. Read moreWhen this store opened a few years ago, I loved it and became a regular customer. But service has gone significantly downhill since then, as I was reminded when I went by this afternoon.
First, the positives: our drinks are delicious, and the price is reasonable.
Now for the negatives: the person taking my drive through order mumbled. When I asked them to repeat themselves, they spoke clearly into the mic, and were understandable. But I had to repeatedly ask, because they kept trailing off into mumbling again. They also tried to rush me through ordering.
My order was not correctly put into their system. When I got to the window the cashier read my order to me, and the size was wrong. After correcting that, they read off the rest of my order, and left off the sugar-free syrups I had requested. I asked if they were sugar-free, and they responded that they were, but then sent back one of the drinks to have it made again. I can only presume it was incorrectly done, and had to be made sugar-free.
Finally, the service is unfriendly. Both at the speaker and at the window, I got the distinct feeling I was interrupting whatever conversation or whatever the employee had going on.
This was the first time in several months I've been to Fiiz. Pretty sure I won't be coming back. Bubbles on 5400 South has friendlier, competent service, and also...
Read more8/16/24 Visit: my wife wanted a frozen butter brew, and I wanted a frozen hot chocolate, but they stated that they were behind on their closing checklist and had already shut down their frozen drink machine at 9:30 even though they don’t close until 11 on a Friday night. They are just making blatant excuses not to have to work at this point.
7/10/24 Visit: this location is absolutely pathetic. I waited in line behind seven cars that took over 45 minutes. I got to the window right as my wife called. I waited at the window for 10 minutes and still they got my order wrong. Completely did not give me one of my drinks at all. I had to walk back in and wait inside for five minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then all three employees had to have a little get together to discuss this drink that was missing. Turns out it was sitting right next to them, but they just never gave it to me. whoever the franchisee of this location is should be absolutely a ashamed by their location.
Early summer 2024: For starters, they ran out of an item and still charged me for it. That’s pretty much theft.
