Café Trang Bistro — Restaurant in West Jordan

That was my first & last time to visit Cage Trang...I work in a very busy & popular restaurant in the SL Valley... the customer service at Cafe Trang is not very good at all... You are made to feel rushed. The young asian guy behind the counter dressed in regular street cloths was very unpleasant. He dropped a to go lid on the dirty floor, bent over the counter and picked it up and placed it back on the stack of clean lids... Just disgusting! I even made it a point to tell him i saw what he did and he still left that dirty lid available for the next guest to contaminate their food with. The fish sauce is 90% water. The meal costed $30 for 2 people and was just bland bland bland! I am asian and was greatly disappointed with the quality of their food. If it were possible to give this restaurant a zero star's... I would... I would never recommend this place to anyone... There are sooooooo many better options near... Their food is a disgrace to Vietnam and...

The food is good. Place was clean and majority of the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. But if you've never been there before ordering can be complicated. Especially if you're used to ordering pho from Other restaurants. One of the staff tried to walk us through it but there was a lady there that got very irritated and told us we should know how to order from their menu before we get in line and mostly over complicated and Confused the other staff. She wanted to overcharged us and told us because we didn't know how to order and changed our order too much. All we did was add different Meats to the soup. I don't see myself going back here being there are better pho restaurants in West Jordan with much better service and far much easier to order off...

For a family of 4, ordered 3 phos one sandwich spent $75, food was okay I’ve had better, noodles were thin compare to other restaurants, but what upset me was that my spouse asked for chili oil, they gave it to him with a slight attitude, minutes later I ask for another and cashier lady said I gave you a free one, we charge 50 cents for it but still gave me one more why would I want to use my card again for 50 cents, I know for sure the chili oil is standard in restaurants I’ve been too, plus I just spent $75 and you still want to charge me for chili oil!?? Sure not coming back! All fountain drinks...
