Amazing experience once again. I have bought 2 cars in the last two years from this dealership and I couldn’t be happier. I bought a Macan Gts last year and just recently fulfilled a life long dream literally since I was 8 or 9 always wanted a 911 and now an the proud owner of one. I already look forward to buying my third in the future!! The cars on this lot are pristine it was actually really hard to choose which one I wanted the most. . You can easily tell they have pride in what they sell when it comes to their certified Preowned cars. But I have to stress that from the start of the window shopping process to signing the papers this place is amazing. No pressure hassle free every time I visited to look. Given the keys to anything I wanted to test drive (and I test drove quite a few) without any pressure whatsoever to purchase. Incredible honestly. It really has to be one of the best places to buy a car from and iv bought approximately 20 new ones over the years. . I’ve had such bad car buying experiences in the past from way less prestigious places it blows me away how comfortable the people here make you feel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. I really wanna thank my salesman NICK ROCCO for all his help. Thank you Nick! I know I am a pain in the butt and I appreciate your patience and all your help once again. It’s nice to see and do business with someone as knowledgeable as you are. Believe it or not that’s not always the case. It’s nice to see a salesman that takes pride at what he does again not always the case truly sad. What I really liked also was at the end of the purchase when it comes to signing the papers they usually try to push all sorts of warranties on you and they didn’t at all again hassle free. . You expect to be treated well when you deal with a luxury dealership, but Porsche Monmouth impressively exceeded my expectations. From my first contact with Karen at reception who was welcoming, warm, and friendly (I would imagine she could put a smile on the face of the most challenging customer with her charm). To my delivery with Kevin, who knows the Porsche car systems inside and out and demonstrated all my car's functions with helpful, easy instructions.

Before you get to delivery, you must deal with a dealership’s finance department, which is usually a painful back and forth over packages that you may or may not want and an overwhelming amount of paperwork that needs to be signed. However, Gina in finance is super helpful and friendly, and she made my experience smooth and easy. Gina is a highly experienced professional who answered all my questions and explained the details of my contract with clarity.

Of course, I really wouldn't have bought my Porsche here if it weren't for my salesperson or "Porsche Brand Ambassador" Cliff Neubart. From the beginning, Cliff was responsive and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for in options and didn't try to oversell. Cliff also didn't try to put me in a car that was close to what I wanted. He found the perfect vehicle. However, the best thing about dealing with Cliff is that the negotiation didn't feel like a negotiation. He is very personable, and I liked talking to him. Cliff put together an incredible deal for me and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you are thinking about buying a Porsche, see Cliff, and you won't be disappointed.

I cannot begin to describe the superb customer service and professionalism I received from everyone I encountered with at Porsche Monmouth. To start the receptionist was so friendly and right after she greeted us (myself, my husband & toddler) and let my sales rep know I had arrived, she gave my daughter a toy car to play with. My sales rep, Nick, was such a pleasure to work with. I only spoke to him the day before and sent him the documents he requested, and he was so organized and had everything ready for me when we got there. While I was talking to Nick, I crossed paths with the GM, Pat, and what a great guy he is. He was so friendly and down to earth, He took the time to meet us and even spent time talking to my daughter. He then got her crayons and a Porsche coloring book, which my daughter still loves. Clearly, the professionalism and friendliness starts at the top at this dealership. Right after that, I was introduced to Gina, who handles the finance to get the paperwork taken care of. Something I tend to dread, as most can relate, was the complete opposite. Gina also had everything ready and organized and it just went so smoothly. After I finished all the paperwork, I met Scott. Scott sat with me and my husband and went over all the features with the car. He was so thorough and since this was my first Porsche, it was much needed. He's definitely the guy for that.
