Carvel — Restaurant in West Long Branch

Stopping for an ice cream was always a thing my father told me was an important part of life. Stop the haste life creates and enjoy a few moments with those that mean the most to you.

This still holds true however some places, like this store, abuse that need for family togetherness by overcharging for their products.

The parking lot here is atrocious, the prices are unbelievable, and the product is mediocre....

Arrived at the store to pick up a door dash order. There were 3 employees working and they told me it would be a minute. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes without them starting the order. I understand the need to prioritize customers in the store, but they are serving people now who have walked in 30 minutes later. The door dash order was one small Sunday. I bought a birthday cake for my son. The cake was good. It’s the same as every other Carvel. I live in Old Bridge and the only difference is, in Old Bridge when you ask for extra chocolate crunchies, they just give you a cup of them.
