Soooo I must say I love this salon! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment with Juan for a color correction from another place. From the moment I sat in his chair, he was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went over what I wanted done and how I can achieve my main hair goal. He explained that there are different steps to get my hair to the blonde that I wanted and how it would take more than one sitting to achieve. We also went over the approximate amount of time that it would take for each sitting as well. He was awesome! He completely went over EVERYTHING that needed to be covered to achieve my “platinum blonde” without damaging my hair any further than what it had been (remember I said color correction- my hair was a mess). He did the first process on my hair that day and gave me a haircut. He did EXACTLY what I needed and was amazing. I am now on my way to platinum blonde without completely frying or breaking my hair. I walked into the salon and as luck would have it, I was given to Juan. This was 3 years ago and nobody else has touched my head since. He not only is an amazing hairdresser, but a truly amazing person! I have been going to Nicoletta for many years now. I am originally from Staten Island and it took me a long time to find a salon in New Jersey that I could leave and be happy. Once I found Nicoletta I couldn’t be any happier. Nicoletta and her staff are so talented. I would trust my hair with any of them. I had originally black dark hair. I wanted to go blonde. I was told that was going to be nearly impossible to be done, especially if I didn’t want to damage my hair. Nicoletta assured she would be able to do it, but I need to have patience and time.
