If I could give them no stars I would one Star is giving them too much credit. I went to go see the 2005 H2 Hummer sut. Was told the vehicle was in great condition when I got there after I drove an hour and a half to get there and then to find out that the interior is completely soaked with water. The floor was still wet from water the entire headliner was getting ready to fall down but that wasn't mentioned to me on the phone before I took that drive which I thought was on businesslike and wrong. I can't believe they had the audacity to even show a vehicle like that in that condition it even smells like mildew. That truck is not worth $21,999 by no means !!! . I truly can not believe they would waste someones time to show a vehicle that in no way could ever pass inspection in that condition that truck needs another $15,000 alone for interior rehaul, carpet, seats , leakage problems ,and whatever electrical issues it may have now from all the water that it was exposed to . beautiful truck from the outside until u open the door .here is the kicker I started walking away I said d there is no way I want to test drive it ,it smells horrible and it's soaked inside and the guy open the office door saying wait why don't you just go in an talk to them ???? For what ??? The water damage in that truck was from multiple leaks that were no taken care of .and just because they lead on the phone that the truck was a great buy and set me up for an appointment knowing I was coming from Baltimore cash in hand to show a vehicle that is not sellable just shows they are not trust worthy and shouldn't be selling anything with that business ethics.then I look on Cargus and it said I made a review with 5 stars which I absolutely did not smh scam artist from the jump . What was once a five star review has now turned into a 1 star in just TWO months. I purchased my vehicle at the beginning of September and it has been in the shop TWICE already.

First time it was for the steering rack/pinion needing replaced (how did that pass inspection??). The loaner that they put me in let me sit over an hour away because the transmission took a shit. Mind you, they knowingly put me into a loaner with the check engine light on. They would not offer to tow the loaner back and told me they’d refund me for having a local tow company do it. Have yet to see that refund. They literally had NO CARE!

Now a new issue has started where the lights on the dash all come on and the car shuts off while in the middle of traffic. SIX times in two days it happened while my kid was in the car!

Also, the constant empty promises this company gives, end up turning into bold face LIES! I was promised the dents on the trunk would be fixed within a week and that they would have their “dent guy” come to my house as a courtesy. Never happened. Kept getting the run around that he was on vacation.

Was also promised that the rear windshield wiper would be fixed and THAT never happened. Again HOW did that pass inspection?!

I’m a single mom, and I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of by some sleezy used car salesman who constantly places the blame on his employees and the shops that do the repairs.

Take accountability TIM (owner)! You couldn’t even come out from behind your cubicle when I arrived to get the second loaner to check on things. Where do I begin, I stopped by yesterday with my wife and daughter and took a look at 2 vehicles. Very decent so I asked my wife to grab a sales person to get the asking price as no price displayed. Wife comes out with a Latin guy who clearly seem like he didn’t want to come outside and make a sale. I ignored his attitude and proceed to ask him, how much for the vehicle, he said the price and I was like oh ok decent price, then I asked and how much is the down payment? He then stated, well it depends on your credit! I said, but the sign advertises buy here pay here everyone approved? He then states well, the BHPH option will require a lot of money down. Ok now, I have purchased many vehicles through car dealers not BHPH throughout my life and I have never gotten such an unpleasant answer with such an unpleasant tone and face expression. I said sir, how much is a lot of money, he said again a lot of money, then he said well how much can you put down? I then advise how can it be a lot of money down and you cannot give me a figure. I be honest I felt judge and felt like his demeanor says you can’t afford it. I then advice him, sorry I do not want to make any complicated deals with someone who isn’t happy to assist us. He then saw me get in my 2021 Mercedes which then his face reaction was priceless as he just stared with a disbelief face expression.

To the owner of this establishment, please tell your sales person never judge the book by its cover. The sales person let a for sure sale go over his ego. This isn’t how you do business specially with someone who traveled 45 minutes directly to your dealer to be treated...
