BrewVino — Restaurant in Dover Township

I contacted Brewvino through FB messenger and explained in detail how unsatisfied my husband and myself were with the service. 1st. after horrible old fashioned that we explained to the waiter that if the bartender cant make them we will order something else. They came, no orange, no cherry and extremely watered down. we told the waiter about it and just said we will be fine but again it would be best to just say that the bartender cant make them. We ordered 2 salads, soup and wings. All appetizers. We received our salads and 30, yes, 30 minutes later we were told no soup, husband then ordered a Stromboli. We waited 45 minutes longer, (yes, call us stupid at this point), and asked the waiter to check our food, its now been 1.25 hours, he comes back to say he never put our order in. We still stayed!!! Food finally came and he comped our entire meal and drinks. 2nd incident, yes we went back. Showed up at 1:25ish for lunch, ordered drinks, soup, salad, wings, again all apps. salads came, we waited 35 minutes, yes, I am keeping track at this point. I asked waitress to check on our food, because last time it wasn't put in. She asked us if we were in a hurry!!! They weren't even close to being busy and the employee's were just standing around. We watched a table of 3 sit and get food before we did and we had our order in for sometime at that point. I privately contacted Brewvino and I was told that our ticket got stuck in the printer. I suggested that they should let the guests know that next time. The manager Jordan Chronister thanked me for not putting them on blast, told me they are not short staffed and asked for my address to send me a gift certificate. That was September 18th. I received nothing!! That's ok because we now visit the Vault and their wings and Greek salad...

I’m not sure what all they changed, but they changed it. The last three times I’ve been in, the pizzas have been well made with a much better seasoned crust than before. I’m not sure if they had a menu reexamination or what. They definitely made the changes necessary to earn return business. The beer selection is good. Seating options are the bar or high top tables except a couple large tables. Only so much space there though. Thanks for taking the time to improve.

The service here is ridiculous. After finishing our meal it took over 20 minutes to be addressed for a check. God forbid we wanted dessert. As others have mentioned here, this place is loud. Ridiculously so. Do not attempt to carry on a conversation below a yell. My wife's chicken sandwich was unseasoned. Not under-seasoned, not seasoned at all. The pizza crust was bland. Again. My burger tasted plain. Absolutely zero seasoning. If there hadn't been burnt jalapeno coins and ranch dressing on the burger, it would have been nearly inedible. I truly believe the only reason people come here is to drink, because their food is... Meh.

I had a margherita pizza here. The pizza crust had little to no flavor almost like they forgot to put any salt in the dough. The sauce was flavorless, and had an almost dirty flavor to it. there was one single basil leaf on each slice. I think they were going for presentation, but it did nothing to spread the flavor around. This is the second time I've had poor pizza from this restaurant, though the first time was at their sister location in Dover. They have awesome artisan pizza’s here – a selection of pizza’s they have created that are just wonderful – or you can create your own.

We have come her more times than I can count – and no one ever gives you an issue over substituting or changing a menu item – see something or feel like you like want to add something – no worries, they will fix you up. The pizzas here are simply delicious!

Simple menu, pizzas and salads, beers and wine. The beer here is awesome. There are usually about 10 beers on draft – and they are constantly rotating them, seasonally. I have had the pleasure of trying so many different delicious beers here that I never would have otherwise.

Bring the girlfriend and the kids here – there is something for everyone – beer for pops and a wine for mom – pizza margherita for the kiddos – and I get Kalamata olives, artichokes with hot soprasata! – The girls especially love the salads!
