Recently we returned to RTG bec, unfortunately, we were there to exchange furniture that we purchased about 6 mos prior. So why would I have a 5-star rating when I'm introducing a story like that?? Because we had purchased a service plan that covers damages, stains, repairs, any service on mechanics or upholstery, that's over and above the manufacturer's warranty, and guess what!

RTG DELIVERED on the promises in that plan. The details of our case are unimportant, but, in summary, we had a service call on the same item multiple times... and at that point, we were able to just exchange for a different purchase of equal value.

NO STRINGS, NO DEDUCTIBLE, NO ATTITUDES!! The process couldn't be easier, and our new purchase was delivered in 4 days😃 Our original set was very nice; it just seems like a weird issue with the mechanical (reclinjng) parts. We are enjoying our new choices 🤞🏻🤞🏻

My husband and I were looking for new bedroom furniture for our spare/guest room. Our current set is bulky and consumes the entire room when you walk in. Giovanni was wonderful helping us find a beautiful new beachy vibes set that is more modern, sleek, and streamlined to fit a small space. We weren't planning on replacing our outdoor sectional, but the one we have now isn't very comfortable. We go to Melbourne fl store on 4th of July for the advertised sale. We go to patio section. See what we want , 4 Adirondack chairs and table $999. We talk to sales person.
