This is something I have NEVER DONE, order online and this is my first time writing a review on an experience I've had with a company. I order my bedroom set from Easy Living Furniture and during the process Brian was very helpful and professional. well my order was place January 7, 2022. and after so many calls and followup on my delivery I finally got delivery in May with headboard crack and one missing nightstand. I called and sent picture of damage item and was told a claim will be place never heard anything else. I've been continually calling texting and emailing on the missing nightstand that I paid $645 for. Got one text that my ETA was on June 5 nothing was delivered and I haven't heard anything else since then. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with this process I've ordered furniture from different stores and I always get a text followup letting me know that they haven't forgotten about me and my order is still on backorder and thanking me for my patience. But Easy Living Furniture you don't hear anything and you can't leave no message just terrible business taking people money and not delivering merchandise we are all in a pandemic and dealing with Inflation and it is not good to take from anyone we are all hurting in some form of way. I don't recommend this company to anyone and its so sad. but one thing I do know God sees all and knows all and everyone will have to give account to their actions.I will be getting in touch with BBB and filing a complaint on this company...
Read moreI ordered furniture back in November 2021 but never received the furniture due shipping delays. The furniture never arrived so I requested a refund at the end of January 2022. The customer service representative continually told me my refund was in the mail but I have yet to receive my refund of $2600 dollars. I paid $3200 dollars for the furniture but had $600 dollars refunded based on a discount with a refund of $2600 owed to me. As recently as April 2022, I spoke to a young lady at the company who said my refund was sent out by mail just to find out it had not. I then received a text message saying it had been sent certified mail but have yet to receive anything. Now they will not answer my calls.
This not a business anyone should purchase from because there is dishonesty and no organization. I plan to take this matter further....

I was contacted in February with the news that the furniture delivery was going to take longer. I decide to cancelled my order in March 5th, 2022. Since then the company have refused to refund me. Its $844 that took my almost a year to save, I am not rich by any means and I wanted to furnish my new house. It is sad that I have been giving no money, no refund...only excuses. I just went to their website and doesn't exist anymore and the phone number is not available. I guess I will have to save again and buy from a company that is well know. I can't believe it. DONT...
