BBQ West — Restaurant in Louisiana

My 3 meat plate consisted of 1 rib, 1 tiny chicken leg and thigh that fit in the palm of my hand and a handful of 1inch cubed of what looked like ham but was supposed to be pulled pork. The rib was hard and burnt, the chicken looked like it had been boiled and had no color, the cubed meat was so hard it hurt my teeth and the hand full of fries were dry and hard. The baked beans had black burnt pieces in it. I ended up taking on bite of beans and spitting it out. All that with a 16 oz cup of diet soda for almost $20 was a colossal waste of money. I left there and went to Podnas bbq and ate better food for less money and took BBQ Wests food to feed a dog that roams my street. I was very excited to try a different bbq Resturant and just looked over the bad reviews. However, I was quickly disappointed. I ordered online and the wait time was 20 mins. So I got there early, 10 mins ahead of time. Had to wait in line even though my food was already ready sitting there getting cold. The workers were not people friendly at all and they look really unhappy, frustrated and doesn’t greet customers at all. Customer service is a big thing to me. Had I not ordered online, I would’ve walked out. The sauce on the beans and the bbq had a tangy dry taste and wasn’t very pleasing. The b-ball ribs were dry & didn’t have they’re own flavor, the hamburger was dry, the baked beans taste like they were refried in too much grease the green beans had no flavor and the fries taste...

I called in a to go order and was told they weren’t serving hamburgers or po-boys. I changed my order and got a 3-meat plate with chicken, sausage, and brisket, I was then informed they were out of chicken. I again changed my order and asked for double brisket and sausage. As I was pulling up to get my order I receive a phone call from the restaurant notifying me that I could not get double beef on my plate. I told them what I originally ordered they were out of.
