Do not waste your time and step into this place. I literally had a 6 minute haircut. I asked for a simple trim 1-1.5 inches off and when I told her the left side was much longer than the right, she told me it was even. Never shampooed my hair when I told the stylist it hadn’t been washed in 3 days. She never sectioned my hair off to cut it or wet it down. Her response was “I don’t see a point in doing that.” The point is, it helps give a precision cut. Stylists that can’t cut a simple straight line across the bottom have no business standing behind a chair. To make a long story short, I went to another place to have it fixed and had to have an additional 4 inches off the left side. She obviously doesn’t have an eye for a hairdresser, because any good hairdresser with an eye could look at my hair without even touching it and notice it was uneven. Then when I called to talk to the owner, all she could say was I’m really sorry. She will get talked to, as if that is going to solve anything. Very dissatisfied. Will not ever be back.
