Recently purchased a nap mat, lunchbox, and backpack for my daughter. The staff was courteous enough to inform me about a sale that wasn’t advertised, allowing me to purchase the lunchbox for half off. I was then informed that I could have the backpack and nap mat monogrammed for FREE. I jumped at the opportunity. The turn around for the monogram was quick, maybe two days. However, it was a vinyl monogram, not an embroidered monogram. Upon getting my items home I noticed the vinyl was noticeably crooked on the nap mat. I returned and was pretty much told that since it was complimentary then I just had to deal with it. They offered to add some embellishments to the mat to “even it out” and I agreed. When I arrived a few days later to pick up the mat for a second time some hearts had been added. They were put on with wrinkles and one was already peeling off.
