This was my 1st and last time visiting this Sonic. When placing my order it was incorrect and the I repeated it slowly and she was repeating it with me as well, then when the car hop came out repeated my order back to me it was still wrong, he politely said he would go fix it then when bringing my food back, I tipped him, then when I looked at my food it was still incorrect, I was over it as this point. I simply wanted a #1 with no cheese Xtra pickles add mustard no ketchup, tots and sprite with no ice, I received #1 with ketchup and mayo no pickles, fries and sprite with ice😏🤔 and it was nasty, no season on the meat and it was on the grilled too long cause it...

CHK940 8-15-17 Convenient the only review process is drect call. But who wants to talk to you after screwing up an order? Drive off and that's the convenient factor. People don't want to come back and waste their time because you didn't do your job... Chocolate is CHOCOLATE not Peanut Butter... and a shake isn't half melted with the cherry missing like it's been sitting there and picked through (obvious looking there used to be one there...). Bad order by you is not on the next cusotmer.... Thanks. Over $10 for a burger and shake and you can't get it right? Honestly everywhere I go in this town the service sucks! minus another place to try...

On July 3rd 2025... We visited your restaurant. We repeated our order at least 5times. 2 number 3s, with tator tots, no cheese or mayo no drink on one order. No cheese or onions and and a coke on the other. Tater tots were Miss ing on one order.I definitely wanted to drive off, but my cousin waited ... It took over 20 minutes for us to get an order of tator tots and we only got them at that time when I got out of car. And we were charged 3 dollars and 40cent for a medium fry that was supposed to come with meal. We love Sonic.... But this day was such a a disappointment and waste of time. I pray we never have to experience this again....
