Just moved to Monroe from a big city and NEVER paid this much even there. This was the most expensive salon and not to my expectations. Very mediocre, dirty place. For a very minimal root touch up (no style, no cut and nothing else), charged me $100!! She told me herself, "you barely have any roots showing Honey" and I told her that I got my hair done 2 weeks ago but for my photo need the front hair root touch up and yet she charged me $100 for that and with the tip, $120!! Plus no massage in my hair, hurried everything, made me sit under a blow dry and gave me a very dirty brush in my hand to brush my own hair, did not even style my hair while she worked on another client. Very disappointed!!! Also, was supposed to have my makeup done for my photo, but was told the lady didn't show up for that, so wasted my time. Angelica and Jennifer worked me right in today! My first visit. Jennifer did a great job! I am trying to grow my hair out due to a botched job from somewhere else last year.
