I'm so disappointed. I bought an opal ring about 3 years ago. I paid for warranty on it (beware they won't tell you that it does not cover the center stone). I constantly have to take it in because it bends so easy and becomes crooked. The opal chipped and they want to charge me $200 to replace it. Every opal ring on their site is either just above $200 or under $200 but they want me to pay that just to replace the opal. They couldn't even give me the price up front of what it would cost. It took 3 weeks for them to call and tell me that it will cost almost the whole amount of the ring. I wish I never bought my earings from them. But now I know and will never make that mistake again. Also in order to upgrade you have to pay double in price while everywhere else is only $1 more. Employees don't even care all they have to say is "opals are fragile stones" I work on a computer all day. It should not be chipping. UPDATE got the ring back. Looks like they filed my opal and left half of it as you can see the gap in the photo. And threw a pile of glue so it would stay in place. This is a joke...
Read moreI came into this location knowing exactly what I wanted 3 people were there the older lady and guy in the suit just sat in the corner ( trying to look important) not one of them was helpful. I went to the store in salt lake on 5th south and 6 th east and found the exact ring I wanted for 3000 and bought it. First of all “West Point “ how about you give your jewelers proper training or at least teach them common jewelry terms. Also the girl that did help me was telling me the wrong karat of the gold which it simply stated right in the tag. Also rings that were being sold for 2000 were sitting in front of tags that said 600. Just don’t go here this place...
