I don't normally take the time to leave a review, however, I'm a master Aesthetician and have worked for several credible Medical Spas. With what I went through with this facility, I don't think I can just leave with nothing unsaid, in hopes that someone wont be treated the way I was. I researched the Doctor and he has very minimum experience in the aesthetic industry. He is an ER Dr and decided to do this by trade which actually can be quite successful. He does seem passionate about it but really does need more practice and more training. I called the owner, Shannon, who is also the receptionist who is also the Drs wife, and she said he had been practicing on family and friends for the past several months. Hmmmm. I then saw the very impressive, treatment menu. Seriously, for such a small business, the treatments they advertise are very impressive. I guess this is what "sold" me. They have to have something in their bag of tricks. After my treatment, realized I lost my Visa gift Card. I was freaking out. We didn't have the additional kind of money to repay for it again but I told her I would do anything I could to make sure I made it right. I had her paid off within a week and I stayed in contact with her the entire time letting her know what I was doing to get her paid that week. A couple of days in, she kept threatening me she would call the cops and then hang up. I mentioned to her that I had to sell my son's car that we have been saving for him for when he turns 16 and she didn't even blink an eye. All throughout my treatment, the Dr was asking me questions about where to put the filler. I dont know procedure standards! Kind of his job. I didnt get any treatments done by the estheticians so I cant say one way or the other. My point is, I had to get my treatment fixed somewhere else since even though they were paid, she wouldn't listen to my concerns and stand behind his work. I truly believe the business could succeed if the face of the business, Shannon, was replaced. It cost me over 4,599 in the end. She needs to learn the aesthetic industry. She needs to learn how to treat a person. But most of all, just some simple PROFESSIONALISM woukd...
Read moreI had such a comfortable and relaxed experience at RejuvU Spa that I wanted to share. Shannon, Dr. Bass and Lindz were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Bass went through the entire Botox treatment with me explaining step by step what he was doing and why. He was professional and able to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He also went over the aftercare as well as what I may experience in the next day or two. After the treatment Shannon was kind enough to sit with me and go over the Spa's menu and recommended treatments she thought I would benefit most from. She has so much insight as she has personally used a lot of the products and experienced the treatments herself. I can tell she really loves what she is doing and believes in all of her staff and products. The morning after my treatment I received a text from Shannon checking to see how I was feeling and asking if I had questions or concerns. I will definitely be going...
Read moreVisited and paid a monthly membership for laser hair removal. However, months after my final treatment I’m still shaving just as often. The staff is nice enough, but I didn’t pay to have people to talk to every six weeks, I paid for laser hair REMOVAL. Which I can confidently say, did not work. Take my advice, try somewhere else! Unless you just want laser hair thinning. My armpit hair is probably thinner than when I started. But I wanted hair removal, not hair thinner.
Update: The company did in fact ask how my “results” were each time I went, to which I replied “I wouldn’t say I have any results…it’s pretty much the same”. To which they replied,...
