Starbucks — Restaurant in West Point

This is the best Starbucks location in my area. The staff here are amazing!!!! They are on-point with their drink making skills and they are so friendly. I honestly don't buy coffee at shops very often because I have an espresso machine at home that makes great drinks, so it impresses me even more when employees remember what I ordered the last time and ask if I want something made the same way again. It is also really convenient to have Starbucks tucked away inside of this Smith's Marketplace because I can get something nice to sip on after I am done...

Not a dis on Starbucks but every single girl that works there is so bratty and rude. They scowl at me every time I order because apparently their conversations are more important. I pay for extras in my drinks and ask for no ice every time and they roll their eyes and make it wrong so I give it back and have to have them make me another. Which makes them even more bratty. They never put in the extra stuff I pay for and they shouldn’t be working there in the first place....

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve had in my life at the Smith’s center in West Point for employees stood around, laughing, joking. If I stood at the counter, didn’t even get an acknowledgment let alone an offer to take my order when I finally got somebody’s attention in order my coffee it took 10 minutes. I was the only customer there when my order was finished. They put the coffee on the counter without a thank you have a nice day or come again, Dutch Brothers beat...
