I’ve been a member of West Sac Strength and Conditioning (WSSC) for over a year and my experience has been amazing. I had an athletic background, but was never exposed to CrossFit style training. Chris, the head coach and owner, was very welcoming and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to teach me the proper form for Olympic lifts, gymnastics and other functional movements. Once I got the hang of things, I was hooked!

Chris, the coach and owner, is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and great at teaching you the techniques to be successful at all the workouts. Everyone who attends is really friendly and encouraging so its a very welcoming and positive environment. While the workouts are challenging, they can be scaled to meet you where you at so any beginner can start. And if you stick with it, you will be amazed how much stronger you and better you feel.
