Designs are professional and the employee taking orders at the event was helpful. They ran out of prints so they could not make our sweatshirt on site but did offer free shipping which was nice but the production and arrival did take forever. Was told shipping would be two weeks but we waited 25 days and had to call to inquire where it was. No email updates or shipping alerts when shipped although "Katelyn" did follow up several days later after it had shipped and arrived (thank you Katelyn). Actual clothing is maybe on the cheaper side and lighter duty but you do have the chance to try sizes on and feel the quality before purchasing. Over priced in my opinion but when they are the only custom clothing vendor at an event that you want to have a souvenir for your 14 year old daughter, then you pay the price ($103 for a hoodie w/3 custom prints and the event logo). 2/3 of the custom prints were placed correctly but our last name was placed in the direct center of the back as opposed to between the shoulders like most jerseys, etc. Not a horrible deal breaker but would have preferred to have it where we requested at the time...
