Stopped by here the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the the bud tenders down to earth help they gave me. I've been to many others and get so tired of the bud tenders know it all weed professional attitude but cant answer specific questions relating to "my" needs. I dont really need to hear how many years they've been using cannabis or growing or whatever. I just want a quality product that helps my personal needs, a normal person to deal with who doesn't feel it necessary to brag about their personal experiences or the Bro speak. Where do I start? The manager is a piece of work. She has her own agenda that she pushes. If she doesn't like you she will make you wait and the rudeness is ridiculous. Just bc I work at another dispo doesn't require you to be rude to me. When she or any of their tenders come in to our shop they get discounts and treated with respect. But when you come in and are price shopping and let us know that doesn't sit well. If you truly want a good experience and to be treated with respect. And a place about the patients Go to Red Billy Disp in West Siloam. But side comments about me spending money on rosin at flight like "don't you have it at your shop" is childish and unacceptable. Used to be great. New management stocks shelves whenever and 3 days in a row several empty shelves later I'm not ok. I pay $100 for a 30 day visitor card it doesn't care when management decides we matter. I don't get extra days for them to decide to catch up. So sad at the loss they will see.

I spoke to management today and they were very helpful and will restock today it's just a process to bring products in from another store they own. Very pleased with the way they handled...
