I came in originally looking for some CBD oil to help counteract the anxiousness I get from cannabis. The customer service was great, however I am new at all this. It was suggested by the ladies for me to buy some Red Maeng Da Kratom capsules to help me sleep and for pain relief. I had honestly never even heard of Kratom. I bought it and once I got home and researched, i found it to be totally illegal in my state and the ladies never told me that. I also spoke with my dr who told me it would react horribly with some of the medications I take. I purchased on a Saturday, never opened it, I live further away so I came back when I could which was a few days later. The younger lady remembered me but there was another employee with longer hair who was just a bit snippy and acted like I should know all there is to know about their store. I wanted to return it for store credit but the rude employee told me that theres no way the manager would allow that and I should have known it was illegal and would interfere with my medications. I asked her to call the owner and she stated he wasnt available and she knows he wont accept the return and took down my information. I literally started crying and just gave them the package back and she tossed it in the trash. I didnt want to be caught with something I had NO CLUE was illegal. Im new to cannabis and it was my fault that I was gullible enough to purchase the kratom but the employees should be more informative when it comes to products that are illegal in other states and could interfere with prescription meds. I am still pissed that I lost $20 for a package they just tossed that had never been opened. The store could have been reasonable with me since Im new and just gave me a store credit. I wasnt asking for cash back. I did also buy one product there that I like and helps me but I will not be going back and I will make sure all my friends and family know. If you are a newbie at all this like me, I suggest do your research. I wish I would have. Its a shame that a company like this treated me the way they did, especially after me explaining my situation. Empathy and Respect goes along way but...

Since no one ships to my state due to a recent ban on kratom, this is the closest local vendor. They have a variety of products but absolutely no information on where it's sourced nor what kind of testing or quality control measures is made to their products. I've been using kratom for a couple years now and this is the first place whose products give me bad side effects. I've only bought the green & white Maeng Da from them for a couple of months now, so I can't speak for the other products. I'm talking about making appointments with my doctor, side effects and this is literally the only thing that's changed in the last few months. Though it already has a not so great taste, Kratom Closet products are the only ones so far that have a "chemical" taste to them. It makes me wonder where their products are coming from and if there is any form of extensive testing to ensure that their products are safe and pure, free of harmful byproducts or chemicals. This info is not viewable anywhere for consumers. This is an uncontrolled substance to begin with, so it's a little unnerving for me. If I had the choice to go somewhere else for my products, I would. But this is the closest vendor within several hours...

I travel the usa for work and this kratom is terrible. I took a 4 day break from kratom, I got the house red mang da. The smell was weak , the color was brown and pale. I had to take double my normal 5 gram dose, and it didn't even dialate my eyes and no pain control...I believe this stuff is cut down, old , and bogus..you ripped me off brother 35 $ for 114 grams of garbage.. Totally disappointed I buy kratom everywhere and this place is not...
