Always has what I need. And when the occasion happens when they don't they always know where to go and by the next week they have it again. The Manager Peyton is super sweet and helpful. Makayla is sweet and tries her best to help you. Always cleaning on Sundays when I come in. The other blond girl still has work to do on certain items but she seems to care about helping people. Last time I was in there Peyton had an incident with a younger girl who claimed to be "giving her a hard time" when she asked for her ID. The manager explained that she can't accept a medical card as an ID because they aren't a dispensery and it's not a federal recognized ID. The girl argued with her and then told her that she was going to sale to her. When the manager refused and told her nicely she needed to leave the girl got very rude and told her she would report her. Then she sent her friend in who she then denies the sale to because she watched her send her in. That girl too gets mad. The manager tries to explain to her she can't prove she isn't buying for her friend who she just spoke to and was waiting on during the exchange. Peyton stays professional during the entire thing even with being yelled at, threatened and cursed at. I was in awe of her. Pretty sad when you can hear a customer yelling while in a bathroom with a fan going.

Please don't get rid of this manager and especially makayla. Both are amazing and the reason I continue to shop here. I hated the past manager and past employees. They were so rude, shop always looked unorganized and empty. Now this place is one of the cleanest Vapor Mavens I've been in. I love the friendship that this shop has with the one in Siloam. It's refreshing that neither place has anything bad to say...

I went in to this store and was looking around while the lady (young black haired girl. Don't know her name) working was helping someone else. She got done, and another customer came in. Instead of checking with me, she went to the lady that came in AFTER me. Even the new customer told her I was next. I figured that if I'm invisible, I'll go somewhere else. And I did. I came In Sunday 12/18/22 bought my wife a new vape the girl behind the counter was new. She never gave me my receipt it burnt both pods with in 3 days and because no receipt they refused to exchange it. I also did a 5 star google review for a free vape that day and as soon as I got done was told sorry we out and you won’t get one.
