I brought my family in for supper at around 8:30pm on 03/14/2020. After being greeted by a nice young lady we was asked to wait for a seat. Soon after that my family and I was made fun of, racially profiled and recieved food that was so spicy it had to be tampered with. The two Hispanic men behind the counter both started laughing at my son as they spoke in Spanish. My son picked up a guitar that was sitting out in the waiting area for customers to play. My son plays well and played a little wile we waited. The guys didn't realize I could understand them and proceded to call my son and I weto and maricon. I asked them what they said pretending to not know what they was saying because at this point one was literally laughing and pointing ant my son. A thug looking latino guy came out of the back obviously about to leave for the night and told me they like your sons guitar playing. So I shrugged it off and we took our seat. We ordered our sodas and cheese dip. We waited for over 20 min in an almost empty restaurant for a waiter that turns out to be the guy that was calling us names and laughing at us. He asked if we was ready so I said yes and I ordered my usual steak and shrimp fajitas with no peppers, my wife and 2 daughters each ordered the beef taco salad, and my son ordered the enchiladas con blanco. When he took my order he first took my wife and daughters order then pointed at my son and straight up said Mericon to address him. He then took my order and addressed me as sir after the look he got from calling my son a homosexual. I could smell alcahol on his breath at this point. I could hear the my waiter laughing after I ordered. I told them I dont like any peppers in my fajitas and I could hear them talking about me saying make it hot in Spanish to the cooks and boy did they. There was hot peppers in my fajitas and they cut up some other pepper and added it to the pico de gallon. Keep in mind I grow ghost peppers and know my heat and do love spicey dishes but I couldn't eat any of it. My wife and daughters all 3 had hot peppers I believe jalapeno in their taco salads and they couldn't eat it. My sons food was perfect and looked great until he took a bite of one of his enchiladas and it was good but also had hot peppers inside. He could stomach it but the rest was way too hot and tampered with. I've never seen fajitas so spicey and that's coming from a guy that eats jalapeno peppers almost daily. I aske d for a manager and was unable to find our waiter. He took our order and the dissapeared after watching us try the food. When we left I had to ask for my ticket at the register. They asked how the food was pointing out we didn't eat but 10% of our meal. I told him it was way too hot and I would of ordered a new meal if my waiter would of checked on us. The guy behind the register laughed and said sometimes Mexican food is to spicey for white people. I looked at him and said "Really".. I left my name and number at their location and called the other location and left my info to see if I can get an explanation as to why the staff of a family that attended my grandparents funeral and personally knows my family can be so racist and cruel. I believe the owners haven't been told yet because I used to know them as a respectable family and would of taken care of us. Needless to say I doubt any of us will be going back and that's a lot of loss of income losing us coming in a few times a week totaling $70 plus a...

Read moreThis was a very nice experience. Here are some positive observations: •Bathrooms were clean •Service was okay •food had good flavor and portions were the right size. •Prices were fear too.
Not so positive observations:
•The menu. Oh man, I hate big confusing menus. Specially when the font of the letters was so small. •The waiter was not rude but he was not very hospitable. (Who knows, He may be having a bad day). •Chips were cold, my tortillas were cold and a bit hard, food tasted a bit like reheated from the day before. (Just an speculation) it had good flavor but it didn’t taste fresh. •the entrance of the place looks dungee, like old fashion. There was carpet on the floor, I hate restaurants with carpet.
I would recommend to freshen up the entrance and allow more natural light in for a more clean and lighter experience.
Please, make your menu smaller and not so confusing. Some of the most successful restaurants have small menus but they are good at each of the items offered. This also allows for cooks to be able to become more efficient since they don’t have to keep up with so...
