RedBilly Dispensary — Local services in West Siloam Springs

Until today, I have always had positive experiences at this establishment. I politely requested a half-ounce of honey banana concentrate from a male employee, but he mistakenly gave me a half-ounce of honey child instead. This was particularly frustrating because I specifically stated that I did not want honey child, as I had purchased it previously and didn't even want to smell it bc clearly I already knew about it. After discovering the error after literally just walking to my car, at the most ten minutes later, I returned into the store and explained the situation. Unfortunately, they refused to exchange the product, offering only a possible discount on my next purchase due to the manager's "unavailability". I understand mistakes happen, but I believe this could have been avoided with more attention to detail. Flight 420 down the rd from them said they most definitely would have exchanged it, especially it if it was on their behalf, their requirements are after 24hrs. So FYI ANYONE PURCHASING FROM THEM. DOUBLE, CHECK WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM THEM BECAUSE EVEN IF IT'S THEIR OWN FAULT THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS YOU...

This place has great product, however my step father is deaf. We went in and the music was playing the mean old woman refused to let my mother in to listen for my step dad. Then because he is deaf she proceeded to treat him the worst I've ever seen a customer treated anywhere at any business ever he was bothering her with his military induced post traumatic stress and deafness I was next and got the same treatment. I don't know if she is the wife of the owner, girlfriend, sister or what?? You don't stake your claim on being a business for the community and have somebody that works for you treat the disabled community like that this will be reported to every review board I can find . Every other dispensary in the area has had bud tenders willing to deal with his disabilities . Please forgive us for disturbing...

I've been going to RedBillys religiously! They always got the best bud, but tell me why ,,, we just bought 2 deep well cannabis containers, and opened one. Noticed it looked light . The other weighed the full 1/8th. The other eighth? Weighed 2.4g . Then when we called to complain, they told us they weighed them up themselves already. So if you weighed them up yourself , why is mine light , but the other isn't ? If what I'm paying for isn't what I'm getting, I'll move around. I drive 45 mins to go to this shop, and don't expect to find when I get home, it doesn't weigh out. The jar on the left was the one short. mac1 . Grape gas weighed fine. I suggest EVERYONE weigh theirs up at home. Make sure your scales are calibrated correctly first.
