I want to note here for a moment, I am Canadian, in Canada. Since some of my review information is uniquely Canadian.
I mention this since Boxing Day is a semi-holiday up here, no more than you contact an American about a job on Black Friday, well you don't contact a Canadian about a job.
I want contacted by a Kamlesh Kumar Yadav, a "resource Manager" with Diverse Lynx, he's been with them since March 2023 according to LinkedIn. According to LinkedIn he works On-Site, at Diverse Lynx's offices in New Jersey.
Just one little catch, his profile says he's living in wait for it . . . Delhi, India. Guess he has one hell of a daily commute.
Now he contacted me not, once, but twice with 15 minutes for a job. I called him, office voicemail full. Tried his direct line, told me he'd call me back in 15 minutes. Well had to wait a day when I managed to talk to him on his office phone at my instigation.
When I got a hold of him, he couldn't take the heat. I asked him directly how does my work experience line up with the job, since I didn't see it. He muttered and mumbled so I couldn't understand him. When I asked him about salary, once again he didn't seem to have an answer. We are talking a conversation at 9:30 AM EST.
I understand computers are slow, but it doesn't explain his mannerisms.
I eventually told him that we were done, and I would have to charge a fee for future job pitches by his company due to his conduct. He told me he'd put me on the do not contact list. When I corrected him, and explained his conduct was why I was doing this. He hung up on me.
I also feel the need to note that they did call me at one point before December 26th, and couldn't even be bothered to leave me a voice mail message.
I want to note here that a load of the positive 5 star reviews are from people with names that appear to come from India.
I mention this since I suspect they are a scam job centre. Any recruiter based in North America would've handled my questioning with ease. If it had been a recruiter based in North America the would've known/respected contacting me on Boxing Day was a bad idea.
Avoid at all costs, just another India scam centre pretending to be a legit job centre.
Update:
