Princeton Playspace — Attraction in West Windsor

In February 2020 my family hosted our daughter's 3 year old birthday party at Princeton Playspace. We planned the party right before Covid occurred and we are SO grateful that we could have 20+ kids celebrate and have fun! Owner Alpin and her team did an incredible job planning and decorating the event! Not only was everything clean it looked gorgeous and far more customized than most other birthday spaces in the area. We did a festive sparkle theme, and Playspace curated a welcome kids craft of decorating foam swords and princess tiaras with gem stickers to take home - they were a hit! The kids had a blast playing in the open gym and there were kids that were 7 months up to 7 years so there was something for everyone. They even had high chairs for the younger kids, and offered cake and cupcake stands in a variety of colors that the party attendant helped you choose on-site and set up. I was planning the party from New York City and everything was seamless while working with Alpin. The party was amazing, we took a group picture before breaking for pizza and cake, and the kids had a laser dance party with bubbles in the media room! It was such a fun way for the kids to have one last burst of energy before eating and then napping! I will definitely be back for open play, and more parties! I visited Princeton Playspace both for a private party in the past and recently for a Saturday morning outing with my daughter and her friend. The facility offers a variety of play activities that children adore, making it an ideal spot for young ones to burn off energy and engage in imaginative play.

The venue boasts an array of activities that captivate children's attention and foster creativity. From climbing structures to pretend play areas, there's something to keep kids entertained for hours. However, on weekends, the place tends to get overwhelmingly crowded, detracting from the overall experience. While I understand the popularity of the venue, I do wish they would consider limiting attendance to ensure a more enjoyable environment for all visitors.

My kids and I have been going to the Playspace since they first opened for parties, playdates, and special events. Over the years, through various kid ages & stages, we have always had a wonderful experience here! The play structures, toys, pretend-play zones, hands-on activities, crafts, and performers are always current and engaging and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is warm and attentive and parents are able to visit with other parents, enjoy their kids, and even pull off some remote work without blaring music in the background! We recently hosted a birthday here and everyone had the best time -- they organized a fairly involved craft activity for kids age 3-10 and provided hands-on support throughout, which made it all go smoothly and positively.
