Although Dr. Lamb has a charming bedside manner, 7 years ago my husband only in his thirties was permanently disabled, after having a spinal fusion under Dr. Lambs care. We knew immediately after surgery something wasn't right, since his left foot was triple its size! The Dr reassured us it was normal. After surgery my husband couldn't even walk and had to learn all over again. We saw a neurologist to see how bad the damage was, since we were told again and again this was normal and these were the risks. We then learned my husband had 90% nerve damage in his left foot and leg. And we wouldn't know for 2 years what the outcome would be since nerves stop healing at that time. And the reason for this damage is from Dr. Lambs surgery, he had left the nerves in my husband's back clamped too long during surgery. So to sum it up, my now 44 year old husband is on permanent disability, has drop foot, and has extensive nerve damage that causes a lot of pain. So thanks to Dr. Lamb who we thought was so great, and told us everything was fine even though he had to have known what he did, has basically ruined my husband's once...
Read moreDuring my visit, the Lamb speculated, completely incorrectly, that I might have a certain vascular condition and then shared two examples of well-known celebrities who had passed unexpectedly from it. They dropped unalive in public. These stories by Lamb were unprofessional and unnecessary and said for shock and awe. I found this unsettling and not helpful for my care. I was supposed to receive a referral but did not get one. Even after I asked again immediately.... immediately, less than 5 minutes.... after the visit, I was told he was unavailable and that I would not be receiving a referral whatsoever. I drove 7....seven... hours round trip from central PA for this appointment, which made the experience beyond disappointing. I also noticed that the office did not appear clean.
Lamb doesn't need basic standards of conduct, is an extremely nice way to put this beyond...
Read moreHad surgery with Dr Lamb but 7 years later I had issues and he refused to see me and sent me to another orthopedist in his group with no resolution. I went out of network to a Dr in Morristown. It was found that the spinal fusion Dr Lamb did had NEVER fused. My amazing doctor found my problem which was a failed cervical spine fusion which had now caused other cervical spine issues such as central herniations on 3 levels, spinal stenosis, cervical/thoracic scoliosis, cervical lordosis, lumbar kyphosis. Now I’m permanently disabled with metal bracing in all my cervical spine and in a cervical collar following my MAJOR surgery to relieve my pain and loss of feeling in hands, arms, legs and correct balance issues. I my need more surgery in the future. I put my faith in him back in 2011 and he failed to follow up when I started to...
