This store always had tardy service but I am extremely annoyed to report today that they seem to have sunk to a new unethical low. We just ordered two medium 2 topping pizzas (5.99 each deal) and were told to store pick up. I turned up at the store and the lady (I could see only one there) who I think took the order just blatantly denied they ever got my order! I checked my phone twice and even re-dialed from my phone to confirm I had called the same store - and I am sure they can verify this from their own called ID. More than her blatant denial the manner in which she was speaking was supremely annoying. The unapologetic stance is so typical of the lack of customer friendliness of this store. She eventually said she would make pizza for me for free but the way in which she was making that 'offer' was more like 'I'll give you a free pie, take it and buzz off'. I don't know which pizza loving self respecting customer would ever order from this horror store.
And here's what happened the time before this. I ordered pizza which was supposed to come in 30 minutes. I called at around 40 mins and was told the driver was on the way. I called at 50 mins and I was told the driver should arrive any moment. I called at 60 mins and the 'driver' picks up the phone and says 'I came to your apartment but couldn't find your unit'?! Really?! And here's a store from which we ordered several times before! I wrote a complaint to this store and after a few days I got an e-mail from who seemed like a 'manager' offering to chat or talk over the phone. For a moment I was happy that at least they were listening. I replied to that e-mail and NOTHING, must have been one of those automated e-mails to sent to sucker customers to make them feel like there is customer service that's listening.

Read moreThe store made three mistakes on one delivery: 1, we ordered extra cheese, they only make it regular (and this actually happened twice from our last time order); 2, they only delivered 8 pcs bread sticks plus three tiny bread sticks while their menu said its 10 pcs; 3, we ordered diet Pepsi, they first delivered regular, I ask them to bring the regular Pepsi back and change to diet Pepsi,then they never show up. And I called them at least twice before my last call, they first say they will change it in 40 minutes, then said 30 minutes, then said they are going to refund my whole order. Its been more than three hours until the curfew start at 8:00 PM. So we had to have the pizza without any drink. People make mistakes and I totally understand it, that is why the first time when I ordered extra cheese they didn’t make it, I said nothing; and that is also why when they said they will change the regular Pepsi to diet in 40 minutes, I trust them; and it’s why when they said they are going to refund me, I appreciate that and trust them again. I called the store to check the status and got answer it's on the way and will take few more minutes.The manager preceded to tell me that there are multiple orders that they can't process efficiently. I was in aw to hear a.person accepting their inefficiency. I asked could you guys atleast call customer and let them know aboit delay and you guessed answer was no we can't. I asked, is there somebody who I can raise my concern and person on other side said no. Then I called corporate and she said their protocol was to file a complaint to the store and that I will hear from the store in 48hrs. Obviously this store will not care about fixing the issue, since this has happenee in past too. This is the second time this store has taken an absurd amount of time in its delivery process.
