Well worth the detour. It's the only area we visited this part of the park and there was plenty to see! Our walk on the boardwalk trail was amazing. Such variety!

Our walk with a sedentary family of 4 took 1.5 hours with lots of stopping.

This geyser has more obvious cone than fishing cone. Maybe it’s evening time that its neighbor fishing cone has been covered by water, so this cone attract more people. The bench besides the sign is a good place to take group photo with yellow stone lake as background. This place is also a good view to...
