UPDATE: ✅✔️Changing from 5 stars to 1 star (would be zero if I could) after I was sold a COMPLETELY defective vape and then upon returning the following day was told they couldn't do anything about it because they don't do any returns or exchanges even though the vape literally would not hit whatsoever! I live almost half hour away, and so having to return the next day because they won't answer the phone just to be told that they won't right their own wrong was highly discouraging enough! Then to make matters worse I was told that I could buy a new one since they were on sale for $10. While looking for a new vape I asked if there were any other brands on sale for $10 at which point this guy pointed out another brand claiming they were also $10 but upon returning home and looking at my bank statement I realize that it was actually $18 before tax, not $10 as stated! I live almost a half hour away from this shop and regularly would make trips out there because I liked it so much, but with how horrible my recent experience was I will never be returning and neither will a family member who lives not even 2 minutes away from there and was shopping exclusively shopping there multiple times a week! I guess the old creep behind the counter was too busy trying to flirt with these two girls that had walked in who looks so young there's no I wouldn't have scanned BOTH of their IDs TWICE...✔️✅

ORIGINAL: 🚫❌So I can almost guarantee this is my new favorite smoke/vape shop in or around Columbus! Personally, I have yet to find a shop that has both such a giant and diverse selection of 420/710 products, as well as vape products! Honestly they've combined the best of a vape shop and a smoke shop into one! One thing I love, is that they have such a great inventory of both disposable vapes and vape juice/refillable vapes (unlike a lot of vape shops)!! Not to mention that most of their prices are equal to, if not BETTER than the other shops in Columbus!! If you're ever in the area, You won't be disappointed with a trip to HotBox (Or even if you're not it's still DEFINITELY worth it a visit, as it's not a far trek at all! Can almost guarantee you'll be saving way more than the extra $2-$3 in gas to drive out to Westerville!)❌🚫

I’ve only been to this place twice. The first visit being exceptional. I had a pleasure of meeting the owner, Moe, who was nothing but nice and extremely helpful during my visit. After talking about the shop, area as well as the selection he had to offer, I told Moe he gained a new customer off of energy alone. Fast forward to today, and I encountered one of the rudest retail workers I’ve ever experienced with Juan or Quan, an Hispanic looking queer guy. Upon walking in the store of cousins I had my mind made up to what I was getting, this is my second visit in basically a veteran. Juan/Quan comes from the back and says “Um can I help you?” Shocked at his tone I proceeded to say “Um I’m here to purchase something..” this seemed to have confused Juan/Quan Seeing as I haven’t quite reached super customer status spending hundreds of my hard earned dollars. Juan/Quan had a problem and laughed at the fact I only spent $20 on my first visit, unbeknownst to him I just purchased in the area so of course I’ve never frequented this particular shop.
