TakeOut Customer Experience.
Ordering Experience. Online ordering experience is perfect for introverts. I use the “beyond menu” ordering option, and I log in with my Apple account. For each item order it gives you a “special instructions” prompt, if you order something regularly, see what they will do for you.
Pick Up Experience. Parking lot is usually full, so finding a spot can sometimes take a little longer, but nothing impossible. I typically arrive 1–2 minutes before the “estimated ready time” and my order is typically is ready. They ask for your phone number and then ask for a signature. You will have to pack your own utensils/napkins at the condiment bar, love that!
The staff is always friendly and helpful with their interactions.

Come on you guys have such tasty entres Improve your rice and I'll be a frequent flyer.p.s. This was ordered...

He forgot rice for one of the meals. Horrible service and rude employees. Save your money and go elsewhere. Don’t work for a restaurant if you act like customers placing an order is an...
