Recently moved and had to find a new pharmacy so figured to give CVS in Westfield a try. The two times I had to deal with them I had issues. First was when speaking with the pharmacist on duty she was rude and not willing to assist me with my medication issue. Second incident occurred in which I called to have a medication released from the previous issue and attempted 3 times. First time I waited on hold 11 minutes and then someone picked up the line and immediately hung up. Then attempted two additional times and waited on hold about 2-3 minutes each to only have the call disconnected. For many years I was with a small mom and pop pharmacy and now I remember why I chose that route. On the other hand, once I'm dealing with a pharmacist, they are very helpful and courteous. They get a 5. The rest of the attendants in the store, though, are not so good. When you can find one to ask a question, you find that they're largely ignorant of what's in the store and where it is. The worst is that many of us get stuck with this store because they have joined up with insurance to form a monopoly. Anti-trust laws should prevent this. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHere is what I sent to corporate: Store is poorly stocked. Pharmacy hours are inconvenient. Toothbrush replacements are in a locked cabinet (Good luck finding someone to open it!) Today, pharmacy drive-thru had a sign that read "Pharmacy out of order." That wasn't true. Confirmed with the tech that there were not enough workers to operate drive-thru. Then why have one???? Had a number of Rxs (more than 5) but not even a paper bag would be given to me to carry them. Had to go to front end for that.
