Horrible horrible horrible experience. First time there And I will never return nor will recommend anyone to come to this place. Managers/owners and workers was literally screaming at the top of their lungs at a lady who had kids while other families and kids was around. Extremely disrespectful never seen nothing like it. Then they disrespected me because I wanted to leave, threw my change at me. Highly unprofessional and good thing I didnt eat the food because they was saying it wasnt satifying as well. One of the worst delivery experiences after living in the Westfield area for 10 years. Pizza came cold, with cheese stuck on the top of the box. Chicken caesar salad came without chicken. Delivery took over 45 minutes later than what was told to us at the time of the order. When I called to complain, the manager, screaming in the background, wouldn't speak to me directly on the phone...offered to replace the pie...with another 1 hr wait...and wouldn't refund my money. Food came promptly, delivery person was polite, but the price came out more than expected. Expected the pasta to be about $12-13 with the addition of chicken, and $3 for the drink. Instead, the pasta was $16 (6 for the chicken alone) and the drink $3.50 (their menu says cheaper prices for both). Plus, the food was pretty mediocre. The pasta tasted overcooked, the chicken had some poorly prepared bits (very tough, almost hard), and the sauce salted to the ends of the earth. Would not recommend anything...
