Feeling like I needed a "push" to get me going with some life goals after I had gotten through the grief of losing my Mom, I said a little prayer and Googled "Life Coach". My prayers were answered when I came across Rita and read her amazing experiences, and her beautiful work in guiding folks to a positive path. She is such a bright and caring light, and caring voice in this world. You feel comforted by her genuine warmth and kindness the moment you meet her. She went through a process to give me clarity that was so lifting that I felt awakenings in my heart and soul that I have never felt before. She gave me real tools: yoga, meditation and prayer to use on my own, throughout my life. It was such a great experience that my husband also joined me for couples counseling with Rita. She is so intuitive in her reading. She could tell what we were thinking and feeling off of the "vibes" we gave her as a couple. The couple's work we did together helped us to "dig deep" to find our common ground, and areas we needed to improve on. It was very straight forward and very effective. The results were immediate. She also gave us tools for effective communication, prayer and yoga to practice together to further deepen our relationship. We both had been to counselors before, but nothing like this. Rita's intuitive readings and teachings were purposeful, NON-stuffy, in a very peaceful, and caring environment. We always looked forward to...
Read moreSomeone once told me I needed a more holistic approach to my leadership style; what does that mean exactly? You can think of this to mean being interested in engaging and developing the whole person. It’s the concept that a human being is multi-dimensional: Not just intellect but also emotion, instinct, and intuition. While I was researching this definition, one person came to mind: Rita Abdallah…. Someone that acknowledges and honors her own complexities; a visionary that draws on all inner resources as a human: intellect, perception, imagination and so on. Whether it came from her roots, her education or her own “inner” voice – Rita has a gift! The dynamic gift of insight!
Rita’s involvement in my life has been nothing less than that - insightful. During her readings and clearings she creates a setting – no, an energy! Each intuitive reading is a unique experience that can only be described with a simple word – Powerful!
Additionally, about monthly and what seems almost randomly, I receive an email. Sure, I am subscribed to the mailing list and blog, but so frequently it pops up in my inbox at an unexpected moment...at an almost uncannily, necessary time. A time when it helps to be reminded to reflect, to realize, to recover (continuously). To breathe, to believe, to sparkle!
You probably don't realize this impact, Rita. ...
Read moreI was lucky enough to have Rita Abdallah as a counselor, therapist, and life coach. Through her practices and insight I maintained, and continue to the work, healthier relationships with those around me as well as myself. I was given text(s) (i.e. Jessica Baum - Anxiously Attached), practice/routine, and time to navigate my emotions. She ensured my comfortability within each session yet challenged me to dive a bit deeper into the feeling(s) I may have and why. I always left our sessions feeling heard, seen, and motivated. I feel that I would not have been able to reach my goals without the consistent and professional help from Rita. She was/is always able to break inner concepts down for better understanding while adding further practice for myself to remain accountable and present in my own life. Her insight and practice(s) allowed me to further understand the importance of self-talk, self understanding, and boundary setting. I am more than thankful for Rita and the time she listened and shared with me. I truly cannot express the gratitude I feel for the safe space she provided with each session. She allowed me to explore my goals, confidence, self understanding, and the true aspirations within my life. Rita has influenced my life and thought processes greatly. I will continuously use the practices/routines provided by Rita to grow...
