If I could give zero stars I would. We had our daughters birthday party here two weeks ago and it was the worst experience we have ever had. The concessions stand was out of everything except the pizzas that came with our lanes, and fries. We kept getting told "he's at the store but I don't know when he will be back. Oh and we close at 4pm so you can't order any thing else" our party was 3pm- 5pm. We had 4 lanes, and none of the call buttons worked so we had to keep walking down when we had issues with our lanes. They shut our lanes off during our time to bowl. We were told they would have a knife to cut the cake, and we were given a plastic knife and was told "this is all we have for you".

The young girl working the counter, yelled at our kids when we first arrived for pressing a button on an empty lane next to us, even tho our buttons did not work. Then when I asked her to turn on the lanes, she said she couldn't, she had to wait for the Manager to do it. We asked for 2 of our 8 pitchers of pop early and we had to go get them ourselves. The other 6 pitchers of pop came 45 minutes after our pizza came to us.

I wish I could give zeros stars to this establishment! We stared a kids league BEFORE covid started by the time we where into our first “shut down” we had only 2 weeks of our 12 week league left! We where sad but understood why we didn’t get our last two weeks or trophy/party at that point . After bowling was reopened me and plenty of moms have reached out to finish our two weeks and get trophy’s we paid for pre covid and was told pretty much they have better things to worry about ,Here we are now having been open now a couple months they are running numerous leagues and other things and still ZERO regard for the children who worked for these trophy’s some have been there almost 5 years bowling on a league there ! Do better westland bowl we may not drink your liquor and beer to bring you more money but we did our part buying food and bringing in more kids for the league ! We would like our trophy or money back for the league you call partially...

Bought a brand new mythic jackal, bowled a few games and loaded my gear up quickly because I had somewhere to be. Late last night pulled it out to clean it and noticed a large scratch on the ball. I understand things are going to happen to your equipment but not immediately and the response from the woman at the front when I told her was garbage. Called and told her the lane and mentioned it was probably the return because it became really wobbly during use. What I was told “well you should have brought it in last night because now we can’t do anything, and I’ll bring it up to someone” ummmmm ok if another lane did it why would I call you?? I’ve been warned by others that these lanes have been known to shred your equipment at times due to poor maintenance. But it’s whatever I’ll bowl my 6-8 games a week elsewhere and cancel our league submissions. If you use a house ball this...
