I had a 12:30 pick order for today. Granted I got there at almost 12:35 pm. There was a couple behind me waited to be seated at the bar and was seated by the hostess. The waitress appeared and ask my name for my pick up order and said she would go get my order but instead she went to tend to the couple. She went to get them water, place their order, enter their order made them their drinks by that time it was 12:50 pm. Prior to her serving their drinks I ask another the hostess if someone could get my order because I had cold items from the store in my car she went to the kitchen by that time that when the waitress went back there and was there another 5 mins. Now if my order p/u time was 12:30 pm why did that require another 5 mins in the kitchen? I started to ask for my money back because even the people who were seating and order taken, and drinks served said she didn’t bring your food yet? I said no ma’am. Finally she brought my food out when I got home of course there was no bread in the bag. I called back up to Red Lobster and ask for a manager. A man answered and said hold please. A lady came back and said hello how may I help you. I ask her are you a manager she said no please hold. After that I got transferred back into the phone tree and never got to speak to a manager. I just hung up frustrated! I am disappointed all the way around with the lack of customer service and lack of courtesy I received today. Not only was my order not complete and I paid for it but I was left standing waiting for her to completely take care of the people that came after me. And the fact too I never got to speak to a manager! Do better take out orders are paying customers too.

Read moreWe have visited several times over the years. Lately not so much. The menu for me at least is limited. Due to not eating shell fish. But i enjoy two other dishes. So we do make the trip.
That being said. The new commercials peeked our interest and tonight we went with a party of five for dinner. The commercials said change change change.
Upon entry. The place seemed clean. Hostess and staff were awesome. That's a five for sure. Bar counter was backed up with dirty glasses. Not attractive on a slow night. But hey. We were seated in the bar area at a round table.
Our server was very attentive and quick to take and provide orders. He was a five star alone.
So three stars came into play because the kitchen was moving very slow. And change there was !
💵💵💵💵💵 ( Money / cost / up charges oh my ! )
Seafood shrimp trio $ 24.95 with ONE side and $ 2.49 upcharge for salad. Not worth it. All be it good. That plate of food. $ 18.95 all day long. Give a dang salad for $ 24.95.
Cajun chicken Alfredo. Like one other reviewer said. Alfredo sauce bland. Maybe one small boneless chicken breast in there. No sides. $20. Not worth it. $ 15.95 all day long.
$12.99 for some island drink. Mostly ice. Not worth it. And the big kicker. $ 12.99 for six little mushroom appetizers. LOL ! Not worth it.
All in all for three people my bill with tip was. Wait for it. $ 135.00 !! OUCH ! Sorry. That's not gonna happen again Red Lobster.
So yes. The CEO advertised change. And change he did. Jacked up prices. Upcharge fee for everything and a new Porsche for himself I am sure. Sorry. The place was very quiet customer wise and I can see why. Biscuits alone won't...
Read moreWe came in one night well before closing for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was relatively slow and empty, on a Sunday evening. When giving our party information a man who was casually lounging in the waiting area interrupted the host and told her we’d have to wait for a table, although the restaurant had nearly no diners because there was no one to take our party. Mind you this guy was literally playing on his phone a moment prior. 🤦🏽♀️
But like I said, we were celebrating a birthday so we said ok we’ll wait. The man then clarified if we would be waiting inside or in our car… in the below freezing weather. That question was out of the ordinary and clearly dropped the hint that he was pushing us to abandon our dinner plans. We then had to wait nearly an hour to be seated. As soon as we were seated, we were told the kitchen would be closing in 15 minutes 🙃 and we would need to place our orders immediately. We brought this up with a manager and were told there was nothing they could do, despite it being their fault we were ordering so late. We’d barely gotten through our food when they were cleaning around us. The chef even came out and was awkwardly watching us waiting for us to finish and get out. It was wildly disrespectful, unprofessional and off putting to say the least.
This was terrible and by far the worst experience I’ve had at any red lobster location. The management is awful and the employees are rude and evidently lazy as well. Save your money and go...
