I had ordered anniversary flowers to be delivered to my spouses work location. Not only did Mainstreet not deliver the flowers to the right place, but when I called the place they allegedly delivered them to we learned they didn't even deliver them! After asking for a refund it took almost a complete week plus the refund amount was wrong. I had to correct the amount and provide my debit card multiple times. All in all an awful way to conduct business. Ruined the anniversary surprise, lied about delivering them, and then tried to short change me on the refund. On very short notice -same day request to be exact -Mainstreet took care of my order. The gentleman was nice and patient and described what was available w/in my budget. His price was very reasonable compared to another more highly rated local florist. Look at the beautiful plant with blue ribbons for under... well I won’t post price, just the picture. Main Street Flowers came through for me when I needed a corsage and boutonniere for pick-up the Friday before Mother's Day. Another florist turned down my order because "why would she take a $35 order when it would mean turning down a $75 Mother's Day order?"
