Beef & Rib Restaurant — Restaurant in Westminster

We had a horrible experience at this restaurant. My husband's burger was seriously smaller than a McDonald's happy meal cheeseburger and dry. The vegetables and stew beef were directly from a can with no seasonings added. My daughter and I ordered the meat and 2 with dessert. We asked the waitress for our dessert when we noticed that another table got theirs when they brought out their food. She said they only had 2 left and gave it to those people even though they ordered well after us. My young son ordered a kid's chicken tender plate. They forgot to cook it until after the rest of us received our food. It was over 20 minutes when they finally brought his food out way too hot for him to eat, so we had to get it to go to allow time for it to cool down to avoid waiting in the restaurant any longer. This was after being in the establishment for about an hour and a half. My husband's cup was empty for a majority of the meal. All we were told was sorry. No offer to fix or compensate for the issues. It was expensive for the quality and portions. We like supporting new, local restaurants, but this experience ruined this...

The jugged sweet tea was the best thing. I ordered a cheeseburger plate which was bland, thrown together messily and seriously overcooked, the fries were under done, the macaroni pie was good. I ordered the steak fingers there was a little piece of chicken in there so I stuck that in my mouth and bit down so hard on a piece of bone I know it was bone because I took a pair of pliers and squished it to see if it was a rock. That was uncalled for and very painful. The steak fingers were gross, over cooked and just nasty. They were totally inedible and my fries were also undercooked . My elderly parents went in to eat this afternoon. My father's hamburger steak was so overly seasoned that he was unable to even eat it. My mom went to the register, where a very rude woman refused to make it right. Upon hearing this, I tried to call and speak to her about it, wherein she hung up on me after screaming at the top of her lungs at me!!! REALLY? Obviously, this can't be blamed on simply a bad day, but rather an utter lack of grace and good breeding. Such a shame. Beef and Rib has always been Westminster institution, one that the prior operators spent a lifetime building. What these people are doing to their legacy is downright criminal. Guess you just can't teach class...obviously, these folks lack any...
