10/10 Experience. Stopped by to get a new watch battery and have the leather keepers replaced. When I came into the shop, he immediately took my watch, started working on it, and everything was done in about 20 minutes! He charged $25 for the battery replacement and fixing the keepers. Very sweet and warm people....
