Beals Park Skatepark — Attraction in Weymouth

One of the best skatepark in Massachusetts. Sprawling layout allows for very good distribution of people without feeling crowded. Construction is excellent, with much care taken to the fine details of the surface and the metal edges. Not only this, but the town really takes care of the landscaping, with beautiful plants, trees and shrubbery sprinkled throughout the various obstacles at the park. Great variation of features accounting for various skill levels for all users, with lots of low Impact small obstacles all the way to Stair sets and rails. Also has an incredible bowl for the more vertically inclined. Overall, I give this park a 9.5 out of 10. Worth a visit if you're in the area or a little ways away. My son is always asking to come back. We're here 3 days a week now... I just bought a skateboard to encourage him to be daring and try some tricks! This place is really amazing. They just finished it a few years ago, so the skate bowl, tricks areas, playground, basketball court, and slide are all very modern.
