Libby Field — Local services in Weymouth

I lived on Rosemont Road and these were the closest bleachers to where I lived in North Weymouth. The bleachers were updated and replaced during a renovation project. These bleachers are one of my favorite memories of Weymouth. I never went to a game and just drove by the field. Also, the location of the field close to Town Hall and the cannon at Legion Memorial Field was awesome. Middle Street is a well traveled road and the placement of the baseball field was impressive and the town made a very good decision. I know that these bleachers are for spectators to sit on and these are side by side sets of bleachers from what I can remember. As the renovations ended in 2018, I really liked seeing the completely renovated venue from Middle Street and the project was well worth it for the town. I miss these bleachers and I am thankful for bleachers being in my neighborhood, even knowing the baseball field is in East Weymouth. When I lived in Weymouth, I used to be hot on the bleachers and they were very close to me. My social conversations at the time with everyone including the clients at my day program I attended at the time included the bleachers and these clients would comment on those bleachers at the time with me. Such a nice touch in Weymouth to have a fantastic field that was done unbelievable for all the players who particpated in building this for all the teams who will be amazed to play on this field WOW great job in our Historical City...
