I called Hearth & Home to fix a problem with my Kozy Heat furnace. When the technician was working on the unit, he somehow accidentally broke the front glass. (I was standing 5 feet away when it happened). The repairman didn't know how or why the glass broke, but I definitely had nothing to do with it. Regardless, they charged me $250 to replace the glass that they broke. (That's nice customer-service, right? After arguing back and forth on the matter, they eventually reduced the price to $125.) I also needed a valve cover faceplate that they didn't have in stock and had to order from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the one they mailed to me didn't fit. Instead of just crediting me the $10 for the plate (or having a service technician stop by to get the plate when he happened to be in the area) the office person said I have to mail back the plate at my expense or I can travel an hour round-trip to bring it back to their shop. We actually had Mary help us who owned the store . Mary was a wonder to deal with concerning her knowledge of the grill products. We bought the Broilmaster grill . We had actually bought our first grill from Hearth and Home 22 years ago. It was still in great shape but we wanted to upgrade.
Oscar their installer was absolutely amazing. He took out our old grill and installed the new one like a true professional. He put all our bricks back perfectly around the grill and left the backyard spotless. He is a credit to thier business and because of Mary and Oscar I will always recommend my family and friends to Hearth and Home...

We had a Green Mountain Daniel Boone previously and loved it. It finally gave out so we purchased a new model. Green Mountain tried to rectify the issues to no avail. Pat from Hearth & Home reached out to Green Mountain and together they came to the decision to just replace the grill completely. Now that is what I call Customer Service and Satisfaction.
