This review is long overdue. My wife and I went here a week after they opened(didn't find that out until after we were at the table. Read along.) It was a Friday night. It was busy. So it seemed like a good indication it must be good food. Initially we were told it'd be about a 15 min wait for a table. Seemed fine.
Then, 15 minutes pass, we're told an additional 20 minutes to get a table. So, 35 minutes total waiting for a table. Sounds reasonable timeframe. But, we didn't get seated until 45 minutes of standing by the door.
Then, we get to the table, our waitress greets us, gets our beverages and takes our order. This is where the fun frustration begins.
So, I order their $20 burger. The wife orders her mushroom burger. We're told it'll be 15-20 minutes. We figured with how busy it was that it seemed as an appropriate timeframe. Now, we've passed the 20 minute window, reaching 30 minutes.
The server, nowhere to be found or flat out passing me as I'm attempting to flag her down to get the status on our food.
Needless to say, we waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers. We were a bit hungry when we arrived. Although, at this point I was flat out hangry. Contemplating leaving multiple times before our food arrived.
Now, the food is on the table. Ready to eat, right? Wrong. I'm not sure what their understanding of a "well done" burger is. Although mine isn't were it's cooked on the outer side, and raw as can be on the inside.
Now, I have to get the servers attention again. She can't do nothing. So, she gets the manager. I tell her the issue. And low and behold, I get another cooked burger within 5 minutes.
Now, given the time to get the food, then getting the food, getting 2 raw patties, getting hangry & then having to get it recooked. I was constantly checking my burger to make sure after every bite that it was actually cooked and I had not just bitten into some raw portion.
Given my bad experience, others might've had a better one. Have I been back? Definitely not. Could it be because of their infancy, & their staffs lack of knowledge on how to prep that burger at the time? Possibly. But it's a burger. Nothing difficult.
Unless you're blitzed out of your mind, and can't comprehend what you're putting into your mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Read moreMy husband and I were at Station 34 on 7/24 for dinner and had a very negative experience and tried to contact the restaurant manager on their website without response and later sent an email directly to the owner who also never responded.
We were there on 7/24 and asked our server about the Sunday night wings and sliders on special that was promoted on Station 34's website and Facebook page that day.
The server said that was no longer available and asked if we were showing her old screenshots from Facebook and their website, implying we were trying to "get away" with something.
We showed her it was current in real time that day from our phone, so she then said they have an outside vendor that updates their online presence and obviously did not update anything so it is not Station 34's responsibility to take any action.
Since the specials were discontinued and not available, we ordered two entrees.
After waiting between another 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive without no one ever coming back to the table with any status update, asking to refill or reorder drinks, etc. I was given the incorrect meal.
Also, we were served the food and not given any silverware or napkins. This was most frustrating as we asked not once, not twice but THREE TIMES for silverware/napkins!
After asking for the third time, I tracked our waitress down and told her since the order was wrong and I had no silverware/napkins to eat with, to just send it back as I did not want to wait another 30-40 minutes and have been expected to eat with my hands.
At this point, the server said for the first time the kitchen was backed up and still did not bring silverware/napkins for my husband to use to eat his meal.
I know this is long, but I know that I would have appreciated being made aware of how this establishment operates so I would not be surprised by the nonexistence of basic customer service and complete lack of management accountability.
I would never have gone to Station 34 in the first place, and will not do so...
Read moreWe love this place!!!!! Burgers and Detroit style pizza are amazing. Waffle fries are so yummy! The front desk people are very kind and helpful. And ordering online through the website is so simple and convenient. I am concerned that there is some kind of Google glitch that shows the restaurant is closed when it is actually open. I do not want our favorite place to lose business due to this. Thank you for all you do and for being there for us during these difficult times!.....We have to edit our prior review as of 4-16-21. We have liked the efficiency of the online ordering and have always put in a time to pick up. We realize this is an estimate, but the last 2 times my husband waited a very long time for our food. Over a half hour in one instance. The last time he was told they were just waiting on 1 sandwich, which meant the other orders were on a heater. We could tell as they were barely warm. My son's steak sandwich was tough and had no flavor. Something is different here. The Detroit style pizza was really bad the time before this. It almost seemed like they forgot most of the cheese. And the tater tots were just done, not even crispy in the least. I don't know what is going on, but I gave it another try thinking just a fluke, but fool me twice shame on me. We have to take a break and maybe give it another try in the future, if I can convince my husband like I did this time. I hope it...
