We just got home from the AT&T store in Wheeling WV. The assistant manager (Ryan) was unbelievably helpful. We were there for approximately an hour and a half. My girlfriend was helping her father switch to a new IPhone because his had a cracked screen. He helped him set everything up including his facial recognition software. He went above and beyond helping us today. Along with the help with the phone, he helped us get new cases for our IPads and my Samsung. We must of asked him fifty different questions pertaining to our billing and upgrade options. Not only did he answer every question professionally, he was extremely polite. He had a great attitude and sense of humor. He seemed like he actually enjoyed his job. His willingness to help and patience with everything we threw at him made the whole experience enjoyable. Read moreCame here trying to fix a phone after a cruise after being told our cellular line was turned off, explained EVERYTHING AND THAT AT&T TURNED OFF THE LINE, the guy said okay then proceeded to tell us that there was nothing wrong and the line was on. So we go through hell for almost a week going to Best Buy, CPR, calling Apple and after going to the top of Apple advisors and being told it IS AN AT&T problem, we go to a different AT&T and are like oh yeah this happens all the time then tells us our line was still off and was never on. So thank you to the AT&T workers that obviously do not know how to handle that situation and for wasting DAYS and gas money traveling to stores trying to figure this out before our next trip. Read moreI went to this store today to get information about changing to Direct TV. My customer service agent was Cameron. He was wonderful, and was exceedingly pleasant as well as knowledgeable. I told him that I wanted to save money because I was paying too much with Comcast. By the time he finished figuring, I had saved a lot. At all times he was professional and and answered all my questions with patience. Every agent was busy the whole time I was there, and as people left, those waiting were helped in order. There was no sense of frantic urgency. Just professionals helping customers in the best way possible. Cameron never rushed me and made sure I understood everything I was signing.
