Chris helped me diagnose an issue with my computer’s GPU quickly and efficiently and explained all the steps along the way through the diagnosis! He’s incredibly knowledgeable in this field of electronics with plenty of tools and advice from past experiences. Chris is amazing! As others have mentioned, he is an excellent communicator, AND he’s a whiz at fixing tech problems. I am thrilled to have a new computer that is quiet and not crashing every day.
