Colonial Electric Supply — Local services in Whitehall

Stopped in at colonial to see if they could help me with parts needed for custom install. Counter staffer suggested i contact manufacturer of product (which i had already) because he wasnt comfortable selling me the parts without him knowing exactly what was needed. I explained to staffer he's helping me find parts - not install the fixture... Was told he couldnt help me... whole time didnt get out of his seat or examine product i had laid on the counter...

To make it even more frusterating, before i came i called ahead to make sure someone could help... but apparently the two men at the supply counter decided they wouldnt answer the phone so i was routed to deleware "bright light dealer" where a customer support associate told me the shop should be able to help me out... well i drove out for...

If you have time to waste, come here. Be prepared to wait while everyone reminisces about the good old days. Personally, the few dollars I would save coming here are lost because of the time I waste, so I'll just get what I need elsewhere. Amazon and Grainger for those who need to get...

Customer service was extremely helpful. They took the time to find a previous order that I lost the receipt from which I needed for warranty work on a product. Take graciously found the receipt for me I hardly recommend very knowledgeable staff on their products thank you everyone...
