My kids were home from school today and I had to order them lunch, they decided they wanted papa johns. While at work on my lunch break I took the time to call and place my order. I recently moved and have been having issues with my zip code processing payments on my card. I have a back I use thrPugh my school and they have both my old and new address on file so that’s were the issue with the zip comes in. I just used the card yesterday and the zip was 18103 so I used that zip after placing my telephone delivery order and the card was declined I found it odd because that’s the zip that’s been being approved. The gentleman in the phone who claimed to also be the manager took the information again and I gave him the second possible zip. Again the card declined. I asked him if he was sure he put the correct card information in the first time being that he never confirmed any numbers with me , that was my suggestion to try 18103 one more time. He proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t make a difference and rushed me off the phone and prompted me to order online in a rude tone. I asked him if he was serious and rudely told me he would not be taking my order when I asked for the phone number for a higher up or a manager he said he didn’t have one and that he was the manager and hung up on me. I called back and he continued to decline to take my order and hang up on me. Finally I decide to try another papa johns for a number to a supervisor and I get in communication with a “Jeff”. Jeff assumes that by offering my a free pizza the issue would be resolved. I expressed to him that I was not happy knowing that the employee was rude and a free pizza was not sufficient. I declined the free pizza (which he also made complicated to be able to obtain by redeeming online while im at work ) and Jeff continued to be rude as well. Customer service in the Lehigh valley is at the lowest I have ever seen it. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and business decorum throughout the valley. If we continue to give these poorly ran and operated businesses our money we will continue to receive horrible service. First time I call Papa Johns I’m about three years and I am extremely disappointed to have to have experienced this. If 0 stars was an option that’s what they would be getting from me. Read moreOn August 24th, me and my family placed an order for 2 large pizzas and a baked chocolate chip cookie. It never arrived. Store claimed they would send another "DOOR DASH" driver out to try again. No one still ever came to deliver our order. The woman at the Papa John's I spoke to claimed to be the "MANAGER" and said we would be issued a refund within 3-5 business days. We'll, we never received a refund either. I think this person is working with Door Dash drivers she knows and it's definitely seeming to be Papa John's letting an employee's conspiracy......"A THEFT RING OF DOOR DASH DRIVERS STEALING PAPA JOHN'S PIZZA & DELIVERY ORDERS WITH THE HELP OF A PJ MANAGER CCONSPIRING WITH HER GANG BUDDIES" This wasn't the first time we never received our pizza order and that same said-to-be "MANAGER" was on shift that same day too. Just seems suspicious this woman manager and Door Dash not bringing our pizza orders twice now. Something illegal I feel is going on and I hope the Allentown Police investigate this business. There's a THEFT RING happening at that place with that particular employee of Papa John's and the crooks she is handing the pizza to for delivery. I wonder how many others this THEFT is happening to?? If it's happening to me - it is happening to others and will keep happening while that woman "MANAGER" is on shift. Manager of what really?? Conspiracy to the theft being done by Door Dash drivers of peoples' orders??? And I even tried to call back to work this out, but the same woman "MANAGER" answered the phone and put me on hold FOREVER. I hung up because that's what I think she wanted. Read moreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHN'S!!!! My family ordered 2 pizzas, a side of wings and cheese sticks tonight Friday, February 3rd. The ONLY thing that was correct were the cheese sticks and the wings. One pizza was SUPPOSED to be half cheese, half pepperoni. The other Hawaiian. I feel because cashier Amanda, who took our order could not hear us due to her co-workers being so loud in the background is why or order was completely messed up beyond what we ordered. One pizza came to our home with our cheese sticks and wings but this pizza was outrageous looking. It was the half cheese, half pepperoni we asked for, only with pineapples & barbecue chicken on it, which was NEVER said to the cashier. We call back to let them know our order was not right. The manager reassured us we could get a free pizza but that it would take 45 minutes to an hour to get back to us. In order for us not to have to wait so long, with kids to feed, I walked to the Papa John's to give them the overly messed up pizza & see if they could just give me free one we were already promised.... That was NOT what happened. The manager turned me away, without any pizza to take home and told me they were closed for carry out. Eventhough we got our food delivered & it was wrong. I love Papa John's & HAVE NEVER experienced something like this before & I WILL NOT order...
